Classics

To Hell with Classics publishes beautifully designed editions of the best forgotten classic titles.

We’re pleased to announce the first publication in our classics list, Teleny, a novel published anonymously (and illegally) in London over a century ago, but now widely attributed to Oscar Wilde. The story skewers the sexual hypocrisy of Victorian society and asks questions still relevant to our world today. While the authorship of this book may be up for debate, the result is still an undeniably funny and sharply written novel that loses none of its spark through modern-day reading.
